Living Planet: Environmental Respect in Action

Every action counts. These are some of the ways we turn our vision into reality:

Energy efficiency: smart climate-control systems, LED lighting, continuous monitoring, and low-impact architectural decisions.

Water management: rainwater collection, consumption optimization, and technologies that minimize waste. We use thermal panels that harness solar energy to produce domestic hot water.

Waste reduction: we prioritize circular economy practices, eliminate single-use plastics, and encourage responsible recycling. We have a decarbonization plan in place, aiming to reduce our Scope 1, 2, and partially Scope 3 emissions by 2029.

Meaningful materials: we use certified wood, local products, and ethical processes that respect the origin of every resource.


Community & Destination: Value Born from Place

Our hotels live in harmony with the culture, the people, and the environment that host them. We collaborate with local communities to strengthen identity, heritage, and wellbeing. Local partnerships: we work alongside artisans, regional suppliers, and social organizations to promote proximity economies. Impactful projects: we support cultural, social, and environmental initiatives that regenerate and enrich our destinations. We collaborate with organizations such as Fundació Arrels, Fundación Portolà, FEMAREC, and Institut del Treball to promote social inclusion and support those most in need. Heritage care: we respect the history, architecture, and biodiversity that give each place its unique character.
